Management team:

	Peter Vidovič - CEO and Cofounder Born in 1971. In 1995 he completed his studies at the Electro-technical and Informatics Faculty of Slovak Technical University in Bratislava. He later became the co-founder and manager of the company NEXUS Computers, which deals in consulting and sales in the area of computer technology. In 1998 he became the co-founder of the first Slovak alternative telecommunications operator, the company MBC, where he held the post of CTO and director of relations with foreign operators. Since 2000 he has been actively involved in e-business projects. At the present time he is CEO of ETARGET, where he is also one of the founders.
	Nora Kováčiková - CFO Born in 1976. In 2000 she completed Economic University of Bratislava, with specialization Banking, financing and investment. After completing her education she worked in the ING Bank as Reporting and Retail officer, where she was participating in coordination of user acceptance tests and product launching called ING Konto. In 2003 she started to work for Commerzbank AG, as deputy of Financial manager where she was responsible for the supervising local reporting and creation of business assessments and statistical evaluations. In 2005 she started to work for PriceWaterhouseCoopers, a.s. as Associate and Advisory where she effectively manage reporting requests and analyzing accounting results of the company. Since January 2007 she holds the post of ETARGET as Financial Manager.
	Marcel Vašš - Sales & Marketing Director Born in 1973. He studied at the Economic University of Bratislava, with study field of Sales and marketing. After graduating he was active in his field in various areas, such as media, mechanisation and telecommunications. Before joining ETARGET he held the post of Sales and Marketing Director in the company MBC, which is active on the market of voice and internet services. He now holds the same post in the operator of the on-line advertising system ETARGET and is responsible for the company's commercial activities on all markets.
	Róbert Vereš - Cofounder Born in 1979. In 1997 he started working on his first internet projects, initially as an employee and later as a freelancer. In 2001 he was one of the founders of the company Evasion s.r.o., which dealt in webdesign and software development. He is experienced in work with databases, programming internet applications, graphic design, and with leading a team of developers. He has excellent insight into internet and e-business models.
	Martin Vašíček - IT and Development Manager Born in 1978. In 2002 he completed his studies at the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics of Comenius University in Bratislava in the field of Informatics. Already while studying he worked as a programmer for one year at the IT centre at the head office of the post office. He then worked for 2 years as a programmer in the company ICL. Since the end of 2001 he has worked on e-business projects. He currently holds the post of chief developer with ETARGET, where he was one of the first employees.
	Jana Melišová - Product manager Born in 1977. Completed studies at the Trnavska University in Trnava with focus on casework. During the studies she had been working as the graphic designer. After graduating at the University, she had worked for internet agency Aurius for 7 years as the Project Manager and Team Leader. She was involved in preparation and management of internet web presentations and applications. She took part on many projects for VIP customers. Since January 2008 she holds the post of product manager with ETARGET.
	Josef Kovář - Country Manager – Czech Republic Born in 1977. In 1998 he starded working as businessman in the field of sales and marketing. From 2002 he worked as key account manager for company Europeum Praha a.s. - responsible for safety products. From 2004 he started working for Pragueweddings.com, there he managed portals pragueweddings.com and svatby.cz. Since May 2006 he has held the post of ETARGET Country Manager for Czech Republic.
	Martin Kováč - Country Manager – Slovakia & Manager of International Affairs Born in 1978. In 2001 he completed his course of study at the Economic University of Bratislava in the Finance, banking and investment department. After completing his education he worked in the bank PKB a.s. in the post of junior project manager for VIP clients. From October 2002 he worked in ARBOmedia.net Slovakia as sales manager, where he was responsible for advertising space in the press, on tv and on the internet. From January 2004 he held the post of marketing manager in the company Slavonia Bratislava s.r.o. At the present time he holds the dual post of Country Manager for Slovakia & Manager of International Affairs.
	Tomáš Kálman - Country Manager – Hungary Born in 1978. In 1991 he completed his secondary education. In 1998 he starded working for mobile operator T-Mobile (former EuroTel) as service manager. From 2002 he worked for the mobile operator Orange Slovakia as sales manager for SME segment. From 2005 he starded working in Intersonic as DVD studio manager - responsible for DVD production. Since November 2005 he has held the post of ETARGET Country Manager for Hungary.
	Dušan Urban - Country Manager – Romania Born in 1985. From 2000 he worked as a copy editor for "My", a local youth newspaper. In 2003 he started studying computer science at Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra. Parallel to his studies , in 2005 he started working as a financial consultant for OVB Allfinanz. After his graduation and receiving a Bachelors degree in computer science in july 2006, he opened a new OVB Allfinanz office in Romania and led a team of financial trainees. Since November 2006 he holds the post of ETARGET Country Manager for Romania.
	Attila Urban - Country Manager – Bulgaria Born in 1979. Attila holds a master degree of International business from the Slovak Agricultural University in Nitra. After graduation he improved his qualification attending educational programs in the USA and Australia. His profesional career began as a sales manager in BEKAERT Hlohovec, a.s., but shortly he moved to the conference business with Jacob Fleming Group where he ended up as production director assigned to build up the conference production team in Dubai (UAE). After his return from the Middle East, Attila started up his own business www.outdoorzone.sk, which happend to be one of the first outdoor equipment e-stores in Slovakia. Today Attila is a part of the ETARGET team and as a Country Manager he is responsible for our operations in Bulgaria.
	Vlastimir Čobrda - Country Manager – Serbia Born in 1979. In 2003 completed his studies at the Business school in Novi Sad with focus on management, tourism and hospitality. In 2007 he graduated at the Economic faculty in Novi Sad. In 2003 he started to work for the company Level at the sales department. In January 2008 he holds the post of Country Manager for Serbia.
	Marek Vidovič - Country Manager – Croatia Born in 1976. In 1999 completed his studies at the Economic University of Bratislava. After completing his education he worked for the Branson Company at the purchase department in the city Nove Mesto nad Váhom. From 2001 he worked at the international-economic department of Police headquarter in Bratislava. Since Jun 2007 he holds the post of Country Manager for Croatia.
