Targeted text ads in keyword search

Text ads of ETARGET are displayed in the search results of the keyword search (fulltext, directories, news,...) search engines of its partners. The ads are shown according to keywords that the client determines for the ad. Keywords that the client uses to advertise are compared with the search query and then the ads of clients containing the words in the search query are listed according to the bid price. Our partners display a maximum of 5 paid adverts (i.e. the 5 most relevant with the highest bids).

Targeted text ads in directories

In addition to the results of keyword searches, ETARGET also puts the ads of its clients into the category of directories. Because the user does not enter a search chain when browsing categories, every category is allocated specific keywords. Based on comparison of these words and the words that the client uses to advertise, ads in individual categories are displayed. Ads are also classed in order of relevance and price.

Targeted text ads on content portals

The third place where the ads of our clients are displayed is in articles on content portals. ETARGET analyses the content of individual articles and assigns the ads to them that are most relevant to the particular article. When analysing, the system takes into account all forms of a word, and so it is capable of more precisely determining which ads should be displayed with which article.

In-text advertising

In-text advertising is the newest way to target clients. Highlighted words in web content, gaining mindshare by aligning relevant information with the words that define brands and products. These solutions are user-initiated, allowing the user to control his or her experience by delivering information only when users click on relevant word or phrase of interest. User is than redirected to a special landing page, where only ads relevant to highlighted word are displayed.
